Pimpri Chinchwad City has grown & expanded like tremendous in last 2 decades. Around 1600 + Housing Societies are newly constructed. With the Population Growth, other basic needs like water, roads, electricity has not been correctly considered.

With unlimited increase of the housing societies, the problems/disputes in it have also been increased. And the complaint application had been received to the co-operation department for solution of such complaints. Limited human force of the co-operation department is very inadequate for this. The Federation of the Housing Societies can solve many problems of these.

In the last two decades between 2000 and 2020, the housing societies were of the types that to purchase the land and by parting plot on it to construct own house (bungalow). We call them tenant ownership housing society. Gradually when availability of land minimizes multi-story building came into existence. And Cooperative Housing Societies of the flat/tenement holders for one or many buildings were formed. We called them tenant co-partner society.

In this way, the necessity to form Housing Federation was emerged. Further, we formed our Chikhali Moshi Charholi Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation Limited on 01/10/2021 with Registration Number.: MAHARASHTRA/1236/2021/PUNE Dated 01/10/2021.

The provision of Federation of Societies has been made in the Maharashtra Co-operative Society Act 1960 and Rule 1961. Similarly provision to take opinion of Federation has also been made.

This is Model Management Guideline Manual for Chikhali Moshi Charholi Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation Limited for smooth operation of CMCPCHSFL. It is also compulsory to make amendments in it as per requirement as and when required.

Following 16 ZONES – AREAS are identified to start with, but this is not the limit.
